For your convenience, a comment suggestion box is located in MTA’s Transfer Station and complaint forms are available at the MTA dispatch office inside the Transfer Station during hours of operation, or at the Terminal Station office located at 200 Cherry Street during business hours.

Fares
Fixed Route - $1.25
Paratransit - $2.50 each way
Purchase a Smart Card from the kiosk in the Transfer Station, or use our Token Transit mobile app on a Smart Phone.
*Note: For cash purchases, riders must present exact fare in coins, no paper currency.
