Georgia College & State University professor, Abraham Abebe, started work today on The Spirit of Macon II. Poised to breathe new life into the weather-worn overpass, he begins by priming the entire surface. Check out the steps in preparation for the mural extension:
- Pressure washing the overpass in preparation for the original Spirit of Macon I mural next door.
- Clear-cutting the slope across Poplar (last week).
- Pressure-washing the overpass again this past weekend, readying it for Abraham’s art!
