Thank you Community Foundation of Central Georgia, John S. & James L. Knight Foundation, and Peyton Anderson Foundation for your extraordinary generosity in enabling MTA to complete the wall of murals at our Transfer Station with a Downtown Challenge 2.0 Grant.
So many hands in MTA and throughout the community touched this project. The process was as special as Georgia College professor Abraham Abebe’s spectacular wrap-around mural, Spirit of Macon. Read all about it and watch Georgia College’s brief video on the ribbon cutting held on Friday, January 28.
