How great that the Cherry Blossom Festival is back this year! The parade was lots of fun. Sparky & Bolt loved participating along with MTA CEO Craig Ross, Human Resources Manager Debbie Vetter & her dog, plus PIO Jami Gaudet with her husband Jim & their two dogs. All 3 dogs are rescues.
