Full and part-time Fixed-Route Bus Operators

Experienced Fixed Route Drivers with a CDL license & “P” endorsement

• • $15 hourly minimum — based on experience + great benefit package

Experienced Fixed Route Bus Operators in Need of a “P” Endorsement

• • MTA provides “P” endorsement training
  • $15 hourly minimum — based on experience + great benefit package

Experienced Saturday Fixed Route Drivers – (Single or Double Shift)

• • $15 hourly minimum — based on experience
  • Single shift options: 5:20 am – 12:25 pm, 5:40 am – 2:20 pm, or 12:25 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Double shift options: 5:20 am – 12:25 pm  & 12:25 pm – 7:00 pm

Full-Time Paratransit Bus Operators

• • Minimum $12 hourly + great benefit package
  • MTA will train
  • No special license required (regular driver’s license)
  • 7 paid holidays

Full-Time Mechanics

• • Salary based on experience + great benefit package
  • Most health coverage paid, paid dental + 401K with generous match
  • 7 paid holidays
  • Requirements: Familiarity with medium-duty diesel vehicles & components, possession of CDL, passing of Dept. of Transportation physical, must have own hand tools & reliable transportation.

Full-Time Mechanic Trainee

• • Salary based on experience + great benefit package
  • CDL not required
  • Must be able to demonstrate basic competency in bus repairs

Terminal Station — Event Staff

• • Contract labor – $15 per hour
  • Part-time, mostly weekends; flexibility essential
  • Must be a “people person” & enjoy special events
  • Some physical labor involved (set-up/breakdown of events)
